2. Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)

This website is hosted with Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through the Cloudflare network. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent, referrer) is processed in server logs to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

3. Analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service sets no cookies, uses no fingerprinting and stores no personal identifiers; only aggregated page views, load times and coarse origin are evaluated. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense) and consent

We fund the site through Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Personalised advertising and the associated storage of cookies or advertising IDs only happen after your consent through our consent platform (IAB TCF 2.2), § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent, at most non-personalised ads with limited data processing are shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. 5. Submissions and uploads

When you submit a blueprint or a correction, we process the texts you enter, uploaded screenshots, an optional display name and an optional contact address, plus a hashed part of your IP address for abuse prevention. Data is processed in Cloudflare D1 and R2 (storage). We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which works without cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Published submissions appear under the licence you chose (CC BY 4.0) with the name you gave. Contact addresses are never published and are deleted once the review is complete. New submissions trigger an internal notification via a Discord webhook (Discord Inc., USA); only title and metadata are transmitted, no contact data.

6. Local storage in your browser

Build mode stores your checklist progress locally in your browser only (localStorage). This data never leaves your device and is technically necessary for the feature (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact the address above.

8. External links and embeds

We do not embed third-party content automatically. YouTube videos are loaded only as links or after a click (two-click solution).
