FOB Cost in WARDOGS: Pallets, Trucks and Cash

A FOB is $7,500 plus what you build inside it. Menu prices become finished supplies, pallets, Ural trips and cash with the formula behind every FOBplans cost card, and why three sites quote three prices for one wall.

Updated Sep 18, 2026

The kit is the easy part: $7,500 at the equipment vendor under Gear → Items → Building, up from $2,500 before Season 1. It comes with a Small and a Medium hammer, two wrenches, two supply-request grenades and a starting stock of 1,250 Build, 100 Ammo, 100 Fuel and 100 Mechanical supplies. Everything after that is arithmetic, and the arithmetic is where the community guides disagree.

Three prices for one wall

Ask three sites what a HESCO Wall costs and you get 46, 61 and 75. All three are measuring something real:

Convention HESCO Wall Who uses it What it measures
Menu price 46 most written guides the deduction when you place the blueprint
Full build (≈ 4/3 ×) 61 wardogs.zone, Clutchbase menu price plus the supplies each hammer strike deducts
Measured console delta 75 wardogshub.uk console stock before and after, including repairs and misses

Supplies leave the FOB twice: about three quarters when you place, the rest as you hammer. FOBplans shows the menu price as the primary number and the full-build estimate next to it (“46 · ≈61 to finish”), with a configurable factor of 4/3 that we will replace with our own console measurements. Any value where sources disagree by more than rounding carries a ‡ and a range on the cost card.

Containers and carriers

Container Price Units Unlock
Supply pallet (any type) $400 1,800 none
Small crate $150 ‡ ~1,200 none
Large crate $300 1,750 Driver 16 + $20,000
Loose supplies $10 each 1 none
Vehicle Spawn Capacity
Ural $5,000 (Driver 3 + $35,000 once) 2 pallets or 4 large crates
Kodiak $2,500 1 small crate
Z20 Lakota $7,400 (Pilot 10 + $35,000 once) 1 pallet or 2 large crates
UH-1Y Huey 1 pallet

The loop: press B in the vehicle, buy under Logistics (the FOB must have room under its 20,000 cap), drive or fly, park inside the team-coloured square, press G to drop, hold F at the pallet to absorb all 1,800 units into the console. Beta-era numbers still quoted everywhere: a pallet drop pays $2,500 plus $1,800 when a teammate absorbs it, so a $400 pallet nets roughly $3,900 and a two-pallet Ural run about $7,800 gross.

The formula

For any blueprint:

  1. Full-build supplies = menu total × 4/3.
  2. Pallets = ⌈(full-build − 1,250 starting stock) ÷ 1,800⌉, never below zero. Add one spare for repairs on anything that will be shot at.
  3. Ural trips = ⌈pallets ÷ 2⌉ (helicopters carry one).
  4. Cash per match = $7,500 kit + hammers ($100 / $800 / $2,400) + $400 per pallet + $5,000 per Ural spawn if you spawn one.
  5. One-time unlocks are listed separately: $25,000 for the Medium hammer (Support 3), $75,000 for the Large (Support 8), $35,000 for the Ural (Driver 3).

Worked examples from the catalogue:

Blueprint Menu ≈ Full Extra pallets Ural trips Cash per match
Solo Pocket FOB 520 693 0 (fits the kit) 0 $7,500
Duo FOB Core 1,086 1,448 1 1 ≈ $8,700
Squad Hot Zone Bastion 1,730 2,307 1 1 ≈ $10,700
Team Drill Rig Fortress 7,400 9,867 5 3 ≈ $12,170

The drill rig fortress also needs Fuel pallets that are not Build supplies: three rigs at 1,200 Fuel per activation is two Fuel pallets minimum. Each cost card lists those separately.

Where the money goes wrong

  • Loose supplies: 1,800 loose units cost $18,000. Only buy loose supplies for the first sandbags before a FOB exists.
  • Placing Talon or CIWS first: at 601 ‡ and 901 ‡ on the menu, one placement can drain the kit’s 1,250 starting stock. Bring a pallet, then seed the heavy pieces.
  • Repairs: a base under fire burns Build supplies with nothing new placed. Budget a spare pallet for anything in the Hot Zone.
  • The 20,000 cap: the console refuses purchases that would exceed it, per supply type. Two Urals arriving together at a nearly full FOB waste a trip.

What to verify

Our verification list for this page: the exact per-strike deduction (is 4/3 right?), the Build pallet price ($400 for every type or only three of them), the small crate price (75, 150 or 250 dollars) and the pallet drop height limit (60 or 90 m). Every number changes on this page and the cost cards at once when the measurement comes in.
