The tower is placed by the Support 8 player and finished by both. Its ladder faces east into the base, and the ladder box means anyone who gets over the ring still has to open a door under the deck.
Deploy the FOB, take the Medium hammer from the console and box the console with large blocks before anything else. The 30-second console hack is the fastest way to lose the whole base.
