Build phases
Talon missiles have a minimum arming distance, so a HESCO lip in front of the launcher makes them explode on the wall. On a tower deck there is nothing in front of it at all.
Console first
Deploy the FOB and take the Medium hammer from the console. Everything below is placed relative to the console at cell 20,20.
Tower
Tower with the ladder toward the console, built to 100% first: the deck must be finished before the Talon can snap onto it.

Talon on the deck
Climb up, place the Talon in the middle of the deck and hammer the X. It starts with one missile; the next 36 come from one Ammo pallet.
